What types of packaging materials does EZRU Pack offer?
We offer a wide range of packaging materials, including boxes, bubble bags, tape, suffocation warning polybags and other solutions to protect your goods during transportation.
Is it possible to order customized packaging with the company's logo?
We offer non-branded boxes to fit most carriers obligations and not mix our branding with others, but we can consider a custom bulk pre-order, please contact us regarding custom branding matter.
Is there any Minimum Order Quantity?
No, but we sell our products in packs. So you can buy just 1 pack of sealing tape but it contains 6 pcs. Same with the boxes - you can buy just 1 pack but contains 10 boxes for example. You cannot Order an item outside of a pack. Our products will automatically adjust to the amount of items to fit our packs.
How is Shipping being billed?
We offer 3-tier shipping system. For orders below $1000 we will calculate your shipping manually via separate Shipping Invoice. For orders above $1000 we offer flat-rate $150 for entire order. For orders above $2000 shipping is free!
How fast will you ship my Order?
For orders below $1000 we need you to pay Shipping Invoice first, which will be generated in 3 hours. Once paid or if your order is above $1000, we will start preparing your order which usually takes 1 or 2 days tops for bigger orders. Once shipped you may use tracking number to track delivery.
